Drawing set plan review requirements per NJ Uniform Construction Code NJAC 5:23-2.15(f), NJAC 5:23-3.4, DCA Bureau of Construction Project Review Plan Submission Checklists, and adopted model codes (IBC/2021, IRC/2021, NEC/2020, NSPC/2021, IMC/2021, IFGC/2021). Rehabilitation subcode requirements per NJAC 5:23-6. Permit application administrative requirements (NJAC 5:23-2.15(a)(b)) are not included — those are contractor responsibilities. This checklist is a reference tool for drawing completeness and does not constitute legal or code consulting advice. Not all items apply to every project — use N/A as appropriate.
