Window Schedule
Standard window sizes from manufacturer published data. Egress per IBC R310.2.1: 5.7 SF net clear opening (5.0 SF at grade floor), 24" min clear height, 20" min clear width. Fall protection per IRC R312.2.1 / IBC 1015.8: required when sill < 24" AFF and > 72" above exterior grade. ASTM F2090 devices must allow full release per R312.2.2 when window serves as egress.
